Deadline for KOP and MSP scholarship applications: 24 October 2017
The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides KOP (formerly known as NFP) and MSP scholarships for the RNTC courses for media and communications professionals from a variety of partner countries. KOP is the short cut of Kennisontwikkelingsprogramma which is available to 28 countries; noticeably, Cambodia is included. MSP stands for ‘MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Scholarship Programme’ and is provided for nine countries. These two scholarships are provided differently. The scholarships include a contribution towards the cost of living, the course fees, visa, travel and insurance.

- There are a few courses in media and journalism available that you should check out in detail to see whether or not you are eligible.
- You have to meet RNTC requirements as well.
