Fellows are fully integrated into the life of the Museum and are given significant access to the insides’ work of The Met through a rich program of tours, roundabout discussions, and workshops.

Duration of the fellowship: 12 months
Benefit:
- Get to residence at the Metropolitan Museum
- Get one year allowance of $42,000 for junior fellows and $52,000 for senior fellows
- Travel expend of $6,000
Eligible:
- Be a recent Master graduate, PhD Candidates, postdoctoral scholars, and senior scientists and researchers
- For Senior, have at least 8 years’ experience
- Have experience in the field before
