Russian Government Scholarships for Master’s Degree in 500 Russian Universities

Application is open for the Russian Open Door Scholarship project for applicants from around the world pursue their master’s degree at a leading university in Russia.

Global Universities Association has offered Open Door Russian Scholarship Project in collaboration with the ministry of education and Science of the Russian Federation for international students who are interested in enrolling in a Master’s program in Russia for free. Applicants should participate online Olympiad (competition) in two rounds including:

  • Portfolio competition
  • Problem-solving round

Other program partners:

  • the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs,
  • Compatriot Living Abroad and
  • International Humanitarian Cooperation.

Study: in any university in Russia
