Eligibility Criteria
Students who want to apply for a Bilkent University scholarship have to follow the following criteria.

- Citizens of Turkey are also eligible.
- Graduates and Master’s students should have a CGPA of 2.8 out of 4.0 to apply for this scholarship.
- TOFEL, IELTS, or COPE are required with required test scores.
