Academic qualifications
Academy fellowship candidates should, at a minimum, have completed a BA degree or equivalent, although an MA degree with an international focus is preferred.
Academy fellows will be in the early stages of their career, have between two to five years of relevant work experience, and have demonstrated evidence of consistent achievement.
Academy senior fellows will be at a more advanced stage of their career and will have completed their MA or a PhD, with an international focus. In addition, they should have at least eight years’ postgraduate experience and a strong record of achievements.

We expect all our fellows to have good levels of English, both written and verbal. While we do not require a TEFL or similar standard, this will be evaluated through the recruitment process.
