Opportunity Description
Atlas Crops Global Leadership Lab is leading a 12-18 months program in the USA for social change leaders. The selected fellows will have the opportunity to serve full-time at host organizations in order to develop their professional skills, develop their knowledge and experience, and have networking opportunities. The special part of this fellowship combines hard skills like business planning and proposal writing with intensive workshops that explore critical soft skills. This program will help the fellows to see a better future, encourage and inspire others, be able to implement innovative ideas. The fellowship will support the fellows financially for their basic living expenses, visa, traveling cost, local transportation and etc.

Duration: 12-18 months with a one-week orientation
Location: USA
Start of program ( 4 starting point): January, April, July, October

Eligibilities
- Two – or more years of work experience in the social sectors.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Applicant’s age must not more than 35 years
- Have a good English proficiency (Oral, Writing, reading)
- Must be committed to returning to your home country
- Must accept the basic living style where the fellowships cover
