Brief Description:
Are you a student from a Central Asian country, such as Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, or Uzbekistan, or an OSCE participating state interested in pursuing a master’s degree in politics, security, economic governance, or development, among other subjects? You can apply for OSCE Academy’s fully-funded scholarships in Bishkek.
The United Governments, Germany, Norway, Finland, Canada, Denmark, and other OSCE participating states support the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

Eligibility:
· Be a Citizen of the mentioned countries above.
· Having obtained or expected to complete a Bachelor’s Degree before the start of the program (BA, Specialist Diploma) in a related field.
· Advanced level of English Language Proficiency.
· Age limit: 35 or younger as of program commence (September 1, 2022)
