Applications are open to apply for International Youth Festival in Russia 2023. ICYF Youth Festival will be held in Kazan/Tatarstan (Russian Federation). All International Applicants having Any Academic Background are eligible for this Fully Funded Festival. ICYF will cover all the expenses. This is not an Academic Program. So, No need for an IELTS test. in fact applicants from all around the world are eligible for this Exchange program in Russia. Both Males & Females are eligible for this International Program.
The organizing Committee will make the final selection and decision. Youth aged 18-35 can apply. Summit’s basic aim is to bring Undergrad, Grad, Youth, Workers, and other leaders all around the world to one platform. ICYF is organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) and the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF). The host country will cover the Accommodation, Travel & other costs.

Selection Criteria
The Organizing Committee will make the final selection. The applicant should meet the following criteria:
- Youth aged between 18-35 from Russia, OIC Member States, and beyond
- Who is/are involved in the categories of theatre and original genre, choreography, music, Art, and cinema at the national/international level
- Passionate and motivated about cultural activities
- Ability to communicate in English.

Stage 3 – Participation in the Festival”: Between 25-30 October 2022
